After the trip to New York, the NAPA team arrived at Outlaw Speedway on Thursday ready to continue their forward momentum. Sweet started the night by clocking the quickest lap of Flight B qualifying with a time of 12.971 seconds. The NAPA driver went on to start fourth and maintain his spot at the end of his heat race. After starting from third, Sweet strategically maneuvered the NAPA Auto Parts No. 49 sprint car to the front, ultimately taking the checkered flag and securing Sweet’s first-ever win in the state of New York. The victory marked the sixth High Limit Racing win of the season for the NAPA team.

On Friday night, Sweet and the No. 49 crew stayed in the Empire State and visited Utica-Rome Speedway. The No. 49 was fourth in Flight A qualifying with a lap time of 17.488 seconds.
